Translating Cancer Gene Discovery to the Clinic

This event, co-sponsored by Carl Zeiss, Inc., focused on how normal cells evolve into cancer cells.

It is now possible to biologically target tumors using increasingly personalized approaches to therapy by identifying genes and signaling pathways. The speakers discussed current understandings of breast cancer, as well as opportunities and challenges for the future.
